The story of Reed Marine Services
Toby has spent most of his life at sea, including commercial fishing, a marina manager, and RNLI Lifeboat crew. In 2018, with encouragement from his daughter, he decided to establish Reed Marine Services. His goal was simple: to give boat owners across North Wales peace of mind with reliable and affordable care.
Boats can be expensive to maintain, but Toby’s passion for diagnosing and fixing engines has always been about minimising that worry. Today, Reed Marine Services continues to grow as a trusted, family-run business based in Cemaes Bay.

Toby carries out all kinds of boat maintenance and repairs. His passion for the marine industry developed from a young age, and with over 30 years of experience and relevant marine courses, he created R.M.S and has since dedicated himself to providing reliable and affordable services to boat owners across North Wales.
Maintenance/ Secretary
Alia Reed
Alia manages the business's social media presence, handles customer's inquiries and offers boat maintenance. Her passion for the marine industry also began at a young age, and after completing multiple maritime courses, she joined the family business to increase its social presence and raise awareness across North Wales.
